Dave Spikey Tour 2011 "Words Don't Come Easy"
Dave examines situations in life where words really don’t come easy... These include parents explaining the facts of life, newspaper stories, adolescent chat-up lines, police speak and song lyrics from the lazy through surreal to the ridiculous. Throw in a Champion The Wonder Horse singalong and you have all the ingredients for a rich comedy casserole - a sort of Lexicon-Carne!
“Words don’t come easy”, but there was certainly one word that came easy for the audience – ENCORE! Manchester Evening News
